From the Seven Martin Sisters:

There are seven girls in our family - Judith, Frances, Lana, Carla, Ellen, Janet, and Paula. Our parents, Kevin and Ina Martin, live on a dairy farm in Northern Indiana. This is where we grew up, among lots of cousins and friends who like tasty food and new recipes.

 

Our experience in cooking comes from feeding Dad and four brothers - Ross, Scott, Kirt, and Clyde, who consumed even (most of) the flops, although they're skeptical of anything pretty. We tend to tweak ingredients according  to what is on hand or the produce in season, so most of our recipes can stand some adjusting.

 

Besides the influence of many friends, our cousin, Bethany Royer, helped with some of our design. We've had fun making this book and hope you enjoy using it.
